I am so excited to share this fantastic Summer Wedding with you guys!
A little more than a year ago Eric and Ingrid contacted me to shoot their wedding (they are such awesome planners!! … well Ingrid would tell you Eric is 😉 but she certainly held her own in the planning process!!!!) Eric’s brother (and best man!) and I graduated high school together so it was fun to get to know them!
They were planning their wedding reception at Weller’s Carriage house one of my favorite venues so aside from being two awesome people they had an amazing venue! Check out that adorable cake!!! It smelled *amazing*! Ingrid got ready at Eric’s aunt’s home on the Huron River which was beyond gorgeous! She graciously let a gaggle of bridesmaids invade her spacious and rustic retreat! I wish I could have camped out there forever and enjoyed the view! 🙂 Ingrid and Eric tied the knot at St Luke’s a beautiful Ann Arbor Church. check out those cutie ring bearers!!! After the ceremony we ventured to the Law Quad for some bridal party portraits! We had to do the wedding shuffle and share our space with multiple wedding parties because the Law Quad is so beautiful and the weather was perfect! Both the bridal party and groom’s party were such fun!! You can tell that Ingrid and Eric are fantastic people since they are surrounded by some pretty awesome friends!
With traffic we ran a little bit late to the reception so we had to hurry in for the toasts and dinner, after we finished some of the more formal aspects of the reception I stole them away for a few minutes of portraits on Weller’s grounds, it was picture perfect! I am so glad they were willing to run away for a few minutes 🙂 Personally, I think it was time well spent! We had a perfect summer evening to spend partying beneath the pavilion! With awesome music and dancing the evening was a perfect summer lovin’ night! Thank you guys so much for giving me the honor to celebrate in your day!!!
Until next time, run often and smile more!
